You failed you create a dynamic enough of a color choice, plus you didn't cleanly use your blue properly. my guess is that you used colored pencils for the blue because you have plenty of patch areas. Another factor is that you used very primitive perspectives. nothing looks organic, the legs are flat as are what could be feet. your use of lighting in the picture is poor and you've clearly never studied any basic anatomy. look at how the shoulders form. look more closely at how the actual design for Raven is done. notice how her legs are drawn. you definitely need some training in foreshortening.
